Ken DiPoto brought over 23 years of finance and accounting experience to North Bridge Venture Partners when he joined in 2002 as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining North Bridge, Ken served as Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer at SHYM Technology, Inc. - leading provider of security and trust management solutions for enterprise applications. Prior to SHYM, Ken spent 11 years at RSA Security Inc., in a variety of finance roles, most recently as Assistant Treasurer. While at RSA, Ken was responsible for directing the finance organization's efforts during RSA's IPO and secondary offerings in the mid-to-late 1990’s. In addition, he was responsible for the finance organization's efforts during RSA's acquisitions during that period. Prior to RSA, Mr. DiPoto worked in high-tech as a Finance and Accounting manager after more than four years in public accounting.
Ken earned an MBA from Babson College and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Massachusetts-Lowell.
