InfoWorld-Open Source Business Conference 2009

North Bridge is pleased to have one of our general partners, Michael Skok, lead the keynote panel on this event.  Michael leads the panel with Dries Buytaert, Founder, Drupal.org; Co-Founder and CTO, Acquia; John Lilly, CEO, Mozilla; Ron Hovespian, CEO, Novell; John Roberts, CEO, SugarCRM; Marten Mickos, SVP, Database Group, Sun/MySQL to discuss results of the 2009 Future of Open Source Survey.

In 2008, conference attendees agreed that a challenging economy would have a positive impact on Open Source software.  Given the current state of the economic and global affairs, is the door now open for Open Source technologies to disrupt the enterprise software market?  Which open source business models are proving sustainable?  Are there any sectors that are not susceptible to disruption by Open Source software?  Which groups or organizations will be most influential going forward?
